Optical Mapping

Rhythm is a graphical user interface developed in MATLAB that facilitates the visualization and analysis of optical mapping data. Tools are available for signal processing in the form of image masking, drift adjustment, normalization, and temporal/spatial filters. Analysis of physiological characteristics like activation and repolarization are also provided. Future versions will provide features for analyzing multiparametric data, calcium imaging, dual camera, and panoramic data sets, to name a few.
